When you use our pre-qualification form, calculators, or contact us, we may collect information you provide — such as your name, business name, email, phone number, requested funding amount, and the purpose of funding.

We also collect basic technical data automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and improve the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to understand your funding needs, match you with appropriate funding options and lending partners, respond to your inquiries, send you administrative and marketing communications you've consented to, and improve our services.

Our pre-qualification check is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score.

Text messages & mobile data

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you SMS/text messages related to your inquiry, your pre-qualification, and — where you've agreed — marketing about funding options. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of other communications you've requested.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Mobile information collected for SMS — including your phone number and consent — is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Credit information & soft inquiries

With your authorization, we may obtain a soft pull of your credit profile to help guide you and identify suitable funding options. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score and is not visible to lenders as an application.

We do not make credit decisions. If you choose to proceed with a lending partner, that lender may, with your separate authorization, conduct its own review — which can include a hard inquiry that may affect your score. See our Consent & Authorizations page for details.

How we share information

We are a business consulting firm, not a lender. With your consent, we share relevant details with vetted lending partners so they can present funding options to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate (such as our CRM and communication tools) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Lead data is transmitted to our CRM over a secure, one-way connection.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Depending on your state, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data.
