These terms describe the Qualify Finance text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us as described below. Your consent is not required to use our services, and you can opt out at any time.
When you provide your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive texts, you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Qualify Finance. These may include responses to your inquiry, updates about your pre-qualification, appointment and follow-up reminders, and — where you've agreed — occasional messages about funding options.
You authorize Qualify Finance to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. You confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to consent for this number.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the stage of your inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Qualify Finance does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.
You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may receive additional messages confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, simply opt in again.

No mobile information — including your phone number and your consent to be texted — is sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with the vendors that operate our messaging program and only as needed to deliver these messages. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update these terms; continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
